In the pilot when the new Steve McGarret went home to investigate his fathers death, He pulled back the covers of a car that his father had been working on, It was an old Mercury like the one the original Steve McGarret used. My9 has started showing reruns of the original show, The old one is so much better!

It's all about product placement. Keltec paid CBS to have there products in there shows. You will also notice in the Season Premiere of NCIS that the Drug Cartel Leader was also carrying a KelTec. This was essentially the same thing as Chevy having all of the main vehicles in the Transformer movies.

It's a new show and they probably have a really low budget. Maybe the next episode they will be using Hi Points.

I've been very pleased with my PF9. It's my main summer carry with shorts/t-shirts. Has been reliable and accurate. No complaints.

Also have a PLR16 for zombies. Fun gun.

I was surprised to see the Kel-Tec on the show too.

The new show isn't horrible, I'll give it a chance. I can't wait to see what happens when they find out Kono is a Cylon

I was kinda surprised by the Kel-tec reference as well. I remember an NCIS where Sig was mentioned prominantly, no surprise, they have a good rep. Glocks have been referenced and H&K and S&W..

The kel-tec threw me.

Of course, I take it in stride, it is after all, just entertainment.
