Swankster988 has had my money for about a month and a half now and has delivered nothing yet. I'm still waiting on my rifle, Tony.

I've had to contact his business partner to even try to get in contact with him, as he will not return emails, PMs, or voicemails, or phone calls.

Edited to give benefit of doubt for tracking number. I'd like to think this is just questionable communication and organizational skills couple with lack of follow-through.

Well, I finally got an email from him. I'm supposed to get a tracking number tonight. I hope so; I really do want to resolve this amicably and not besmirch someone.

OK, apparently he typo'd the address and it was returned to his house while he was away. I still wish he would have checked his vm's and emails more often, but I guess this is getting resolved now.
