Arrow Ever seen these polymer AR lowers?

So this was something new to me:

    http://www.plumcrazyfirearms.com/products.html

    PlumCrazy composite lower:

but I've been wondering when someone would come out with a polymer lower, since they seem so popular in handgun and "new" frames these days.
Of course, their "hot pink" model is in the works...!

I've seen the Cavalry Arms CAV-15 model with the M16-style rifle length stock on it, but never a carbine model.

    (Cav-15 polymer lower here)

Anyone seen these two or similar polymer AR frames? Whatcha think, ugly or useful?

I believe the Plum's are the ones that break, the Cav Arms ones seem to have no complaints.

These arent standard AR parts in the upper or the lower.

Didn't CavArms get chokeslammed by the ATF last year for employees making off with non serialized lowers they'd picked up off the lines?

Never seen one of those but CavArms is indeed done in the firearms manufacturing world. I guess that happens when you sell a small pile of guns off the books to an out of state resident. Seems the ATF made a legit bust.

Bushmaster has been making polymer lowers for years now (their Carbon-15 line). Haven't really followed them, but have not heard of any catastrophic failures.

Yeah, I was pretty sure it was them. They still make the rest of their gear, no more firearms though. Thanks for going and finding a link.

The Carbon-15 completely slipped my mind, but I'm surprised polymer frames aren't more commonplace. I had heard that Cav Arms was going under due to some issues with lawsuits as well as serial number engraving on their receivers, but hadn't heard any more details on the serial number issue.
