    Default Atomicdog Holsters

I'm considering these for a 1911, I like the fact that its OWB and can be converted to IWB with the clips. Does anyone use one of these in this configuration both IWB and OWB? Doesn't really need to be with a 1911.

What are you thoughts on them? Any pics?

    Thanks!

I don't have any personal experience with them, but the holsters seem to be getting rave reviews over on m4carbine.net, which seems to be a pretty demanding crowd.

I like that the guy is a member here, and seems to be a good guy. I've got some Raven gear, which looks to be pretty similar, and the concept seems to be a good one.

I'm looking forward to trying Atomic Dog sometime in the near future, and I'll be watching this thread, curious what everybody's experience has been.

Brian makes some quality gear, and that is coming from me, a person who doesn't like kydex. I'd venture to say that you won't be disappointed.

I've also heard he's quite sexy.

My opinion is biased, and I carry OWB so I can't help you much. Any IWB for me has been uncomfortable so I don't do it. Last time IWB was at a wedding last month and it was bearable with the G19 in appendix. For people who are used to IWB I have heard good things.

In the end, they really are meant to be OWB holsters, and unless you need to tuck in a shirt they conceal just as well.

Feel free to ask any and all questions and I will help as best i can.

I own one of his earlier models (and it's shown in his picture gallery) of the Slide model. and it works great, so i ordered one for my wife and hers is the Pink holster shown in the photo section.

It is very comfortable to wear OWB, and conceals that big Sig P220 Match perfectly. Draw is smooth and clean. retention is great.

i have a few more guns that i will be getting holsters for once i can come up with the money.

I've heard the same... Must be true.

I haven't bought any Atomic Dog Holsters (I need to), but I did buy a Raven off Brian, and I will say he is a pleasure to deal with. I don't think you could go wrong with any of his products. He made me some C clips so I could wear the Raven I bought from him IWB. Truth be told I never wear IWB because it's so comfortable.

Thanks for the replys gents, still no mention of anyone with experience in the IWB with the holsters, guess I may just have to order and give a review myself.
