Well, Rob Ciervo got back to me today.
And this is what he said his view is on the 2nd amendment and
    Pa constitution section 21.

    Extinquisher357,

I believe both clauses are pretty clear in that individuals can own
    and posses firearms.
I am not in favor of any further restrictions on gun ownership.
I am also an NRA member

    Thanks, Rob

    If I could also point out;

Rob Ciervo has been endorsed by the NRA in the 31st State House district, which includes the Yardley, Newtown and Upper Makefield areas.

Rob's A rating stands in stark contrast to his opponent, incumbent Steve Santarsiero, who received a D rating from the NRA.

Santarsiero is endorsed by Cease Fire PA.

Santarsiero was 1 of only 41 state representative to vote AGAINST the Castle Doctrine bill.

Rob Ciervo is an NRA member and a strong defender of the Second Amendment freedoms of law-abiding gun owners, hunters and sportsmen in Pennsylvania.

YOUR VOTE on Tuesday, November 2nd, will be CRUCIAL in helping to defend our 2nd Amendment rights.

Don't know if an endorsement by the NRA means anything nowadays.

More importantly, Ciervo is endorsed by FOAC.

    Dan,

I'm glad you responded to this thread.

I emailed Rob and told him I was starting a thread on this site, Stating the fact that Rob is pro gun and does support the 2nd Amendment and castle doctrine.

We need to get him elected and HB 1926 to become law.
