more 1911 help
I have decided that I will go with Kimber for my first 1911. I originally wanted to get a Warrior, but have been thinking I may save about $300 and get a plain jane custom II. What will I be missing out on? Anyone with a either pistol? Thanks for any help.

Re: more 1911 help
I have a custom II and I love it. The warrior just seems to have a different finish and fancy pants grips, which you damn well may change anyway. I know a lot of people are kimber bashers, but a lot of people are everything bashers. get either one and you will be happy, but the custom II will leave you with $300 bucks for ammo, holsters, laser grips, training, etc...

Re: more 1911 help
Thanks for the response, I think I'll probably look into the custom 2.

All the Kimbers shoot tight. You're just extra paying for bling and options.
