Re: Latest NJ concealed carry bill
Every year NJ has a revised right to carry bill introduced. I don't see this going anywhere but at 500 dollars a year perhaps it might. NJ is broke and this could help offset the budget shortfalls caused by former govenor corzine (aka govenor moron)

Re: Latest NJ concealed carry bill
there can still be restrictions:
The court may at its discretion issue a limited-type
permit which would restrict the applicant as to the types of
handguns he may carry and where and for what purposes such
handguns may be carried.
that applicants for renewal shall be required to undergo psychological testing on a biennial rather than annual basis.
f. Revocation of permits. Any permit issued under this section
shall be void at such time as the holder thereof becomes subject to
any of the disabilities set forth in section 2C:58-3c. or fails to
qualify semi-annually in the use of his handgun,Last edited by mrjam2jab; September 25th, 2010 at 07:29 PM.

Re: Latest NJ concealed carry bill
No disrespect to anyone else who has posted but personally I wouldn't pay their ridiculous $500 yearly ransom. People need to vote with their pocketbooks. That coming from a person New Jersey born and bred and long time resident (no longer, I voted with my feet 7 years ago - got tired of them claiming a large portion of my bank account!)
I avoid New Jersey as much as I can (as well as every other ANTI-SELF PROTECTION state) but when I must go there I take advantage of the only thing it's good for these days...CHEAP GAS!!!NRA Instructor/RSO
