Lending one's pistol to another LTCF holder for them to carry
I know that the law states that it is 100% legal to lend a pistol to someone else who also has a PA LTCF. Is it legal for them to then carry that firearm every day?

I don't see why not. I guess the question is, how long does the loan period last? I doubt it's spelled out in any statute, but is there any time limit to the loan period? You're better off transferring the firearm if another person is going to have it for a long time, but a person can carry a loaned firearm.
I am not a lawyer and nothing I say should be construed as legal advice.

Also note that it would be a Federal offense to loan a firearm for self-protection to someone who is not a resident of your state. (18 USC 922(a)(5))

It may not be illegal (and I would have to research it further to be 100% sure) but is certainly is NOT smart. Like lending a friend money...just not a good idea. If they do something stupid or if they lied to you and are legally not allowed to possess a firearm you are in a world of hurt.
oh and FWIW - IAAL.

I've done it with my brother. It's nice to have the legal ability.

Only under extreme situations ( really extreme), I think its a bad idea. What liability do you open yourself up to?
