Canned Venison recipes?

I'm finally going to put up some canned venison this year.

Anyone care to share their recipe?

In quart jars, add meat, a teaspoon of salt, clove of garlic, maybe some onion & green pepper and process in a pressure cooker.

That's all I do. Pop the top and enjoy.

I do pint jars, cut the meat into inch or so cubes, pack well, add some salt and usually a slice of onion to the top, seal the jar, and into the canner.
