Worth watching the videos, you can see how the police completely ignore this innocent man's 4th Amendment rights.

Man is shooting a .22 rifle on his private property.

Someone calls "man with a gun, shots fired".

Police show up, arrest him, they break into his house, they break into his gun safe, and "remove everything for safekeeping". Then, after the fact, they get together to think of ways to justify their actions. All caught on video.

Makes you wonder about the whole idea that "a few bad apples spoil the rest"; cases like this point to the reality being the exact opposite.
