Default Spotted an OC'er in Shamokin

My first OC sighting, other than when I carry OC on occasion. At the Turkey Hill on Market Street, male, late 20's maybe, riding an ATV with a blue jeans, a gray long sleeve shirt, and a red bandanna on...carrying a Glock (no idea what model) in a Serpa holster...

So who was it? I was waiting to say hello or something witty and funny, but didn't feel like waiting til the person bought whatever it was in the store. The Steelers were playing and I didn't want to miss any more of it.

This doesn't seem to list any penalties though, I wonder if anyone knows what he would be charged with?
I don't think that law applies if you have a LTCF.

It would appear that you are correct, nevermind.

I thought maybe it was me at first, but alas it was not. I was carrying over in the Shamokin area on Saturday.

But it sounds like 95% of the people over there. lol Roll up to the station on your quad, go in and get some chew, go back to the coal hills...
