Default Private land for real training

Looking for someone in the Monroe county/Pike county area that has a private range to do some real time real situation practice such as draw and shoot from concealed, point shooting, waist shooting from draw, etc.

Practical real life self defense shooting techniques. PM me, everything will be kept confidential and property kept clean.

I have been wanting to do this for a long time and all the ranges I've been to either won't allow it or the state ranges are packed and you can't get up close enough to do it.

We can work out some sort of deal or trade maybe.

Also clearing drills. Random snap caps loaded in the mag with live ammo. Afraid to do this at the range for fear of losing them.

If you find some let me know. My buddy and I were doing this on some public land until the wardens suggested we not do it anymore unless we wanted to see the land go private (apparently someone bitched)

So if you find a place, lemme know, I'm interested!

Be prepared, because someone else already is and no one knows their intent except them.

Can't you just use empty brass for malfunction drills? You could even load them with bullets but no powder, and spent primers. Then you dont have to warry about loosing them like those expensive snap caps.

That guy is a member here. Unfortunately what he's offering is not what we're looking for.

I would be interested also. Even if I had to put up a reasonable amount of money. I practice all this on the SGL range when no one is there but it's tough fiding the range empty.

Have you guys had a chance to check out what I have been up to? I had made a post in the "Where to spend money" area for ranges. Typing on phone now so I have to keep it short... Take a look at my website and see if is what you are looking for.

I think it sounds fun, but seems geared more for a tourist from NYC. I shoot a lot. Usually around 300 rounds/ session. That would cost me $180 at your range and I couldn't even use my own gun. I like the idea but I would rather shoot 150 rounds at an IDPA shoot for $10 with my own gun and reloads. Have you thought about doing competitions? If you have the land and run a full blown 3 gun zombie shoot you could make big money. The Contagion shoot sold out around 200 slots in a few minutes. Something like that I would pay $75 for.

i thought he only had 5 acres? either way those prices are insanely high.

All I need is an area where we can shoot, I don't need tables, range markers... etc. I can even bring my own targets and police my brass.... just need space with a safe background.

Yeah no thanks. I'm looking for private land to use my own gun that I carry every day, to train for tactical emergencies. I don't need a nanny range to "learn about guns" for a high price. No offense intended, it's just not really what I'm looking for.
