I don't think we could even legally shoot handguns on our own land in communist NY. We wouldn't be residents and even if we were it would take five years to get a handgun permit, we wouldn't be going to an NRA sanctioned shoot so I don't think it would be legal. On top of that I hate NY. Maybe we could find some good land in China to train on too, even better New Jersey.
