    Default prisoners comes 1st

    I was at the upper darby police station to get finger printed, I was told to come back cause they got prisoners to finger print 1st. I understand that those prisoners need to be printed but shouldn't a law abiding citizen come 1st.

    Those prisoners have somewhere to be. They need to get fingerprinted so they can get back out on the street.
