I've got a couple of years to figure it out, but I plan to let my PA lapse (I'm exempt from licensing for six months after that anyway) until my UT license expires. Then I'll answer "No" to the question on the PA application and renew my UT after I receive the new LTCF.

Is the reason for them asking this question, so in the case they revoke your LTCF, they will also be able to contact the out of state issuers. I laughed at first, but if that's so, you have a good idea.

It is a good idea. I don't even know why I got a Pa. one-I have a Utah.

Federal law allows you to carry near a school if you have a PA license, but not if you have an out of state license.
