I'm looking to get my LTCF but I have a few blemishes in my past and I'm wondering if they will get me denied. I'm 23, when i was 18 I got arrested and charged with Paraphernalia (weed pipe). The charge was withdrawn and I plead to a disorderly. Again about 2 years ago I was charged with possession and paraphernalia (weed and pipe) and again both charges were withdrawn and I plead to disorderly. Am I going to be denied? And detained successfully? As I understand from what I've read here they will deny you for the slightest excuse but if you appeal they normally just say "my bad" and give it to you. What are my chances? Should I bother?

This all happened a while back before I got my life straightened out and I'm now a 3.8GPA student. I'd hate it if this stupid shit got me held back...

I am not a lawyer. But from my understanding if you where never convicted of those crimes you should pass. They may try to hold it on the character clause, or they may not.
