Looking for Doves in Chesco/Delco/Montco
I live in extreme SE Delaware County and as of lately haven't had muc htime to get out dove hunting. I have been out two times and neither time have I fired a shot. Both trips out this year I chose to hunt the gamelands in Linfield. I saw a couple doves from a distance but nothing to shoot at. In the far off distance, off of the gamelands, I heard tons of shooting. I'm talking non stop shooting for an hour or so in two different directions. Does anyone know of any areas that I may be able to hunt that aren't too far of a drive? I'm talking about an hour tops from 19061. I ussually can only get out on weekdays after work b/c my weekends are clogged with family time and work around the house/yard. Perhaps somebody has a spot in chesco that they wouldn't mind letting me tag along on a hunt or two? I am not opposed to asking permission anywhere either, I just don't have a lot of time to ride around looking. Thanks for the help in advance guys.
