Went in an filled out my LTCF Application today...

Incredibly easy process, and I was really surprised at the diversity of the people that were there when I was was. But yeah only took about 10-15 minutes and now the waiting game starts, anyone know what the common wait period is currently? I should have asked a couple of those with the yellow cards how long they waited.

I only had to wait a couple of days for mine to come back and they didn't even call my references. The only thing was that they took my picture when I went in to fill out the form and I wasn't expecting that so I looked like a bum. They actually told me not to smile so not only was I wearing crap and hadn't shaved in a week or more, I have my miserable-ass 'default' expression on too. My friends that have seen my LTCF like to say that that is the picture they'll show in the paper if I ever go on a shooting spree. Anyway, yeah it should only take a few days to get it back.

I got mine in May and it took a week. My friend just got his a couple weeks ago and it took about two weeks.

Mine only took fifteen minutes total.

I mailed mine in on the 5th of September-60 days before the other one expires. Three days later, I got a reminder that it was going to expire and they enclosed an application.. That's the first time I got a reminder form Pa.

I got mine in 2008. Took about 2 weeks.

Got the yellow card today--6 days from the time I sent in the application. I guess it helps thing to have Hew Hampshire and Utah out of state licenses.

No bullshit got my card already. It was dated yesterday so I got approved in less than 24 hours. Im impressed!

This is exciting to read, I emailed my application in on Friday. Does anyone know/have experience with that taking any longer?
