Looking forward to Saturday. Will be shooting a 1911 for the first time. No more hi-cap mags . I figured if I carry it everyday might as well stretch its legs other than range time.

I just picked up 4 but they are still suspect. They worked well the first day but not so good the next. I will clean up everything and give them another try tomorow.

Are they the Chip McCormick power mags? I've had good luck with mine.

Yes, they are brand new and I am using them in a Commander size 1911. So I am not sure if that is the problem or if they need to be broken in. The rounds were nose diving in the magazine as if the mag was not seated correctly.

How many times do you get to go through the stages. I went to a match once and waited all day and only got one chance to go through. Made for a long boring day.Except for the few minutes that we got to shoot.
