    Well spas, if this rule goes through, the number of legal shooters will be reducted by about 80%, unscientific assesment. This will be a welcome change for those who utilize the range meeting the new requirements. As far as the ones that do not meet the criteria, they will be discouraged from future visits due to hefty fines for noncompliance.
