Any Ferguson Township Preemtion vioalation updates

Any status update on this? Does anyone know if this is an issue in all the twp's or just Ferguson?

We have talked about it at the last FOAC Central Chapter meeting. Things are going to be happening soon. The next meeting for the FOAC Centre Chapter is Dec 5 2010 12 noon to 3pm.

Where has this been, and why am I just now learning about it?

I've joined. All FR's will be GLADLY accepted. Please add FOAC in the FR, so I can sort them from the masses......and THANKS for the info.
