Default Question about ordering a SG online to PA

if i'm ordering a long gun, shipped to PA why do sites require a FFL transfer with an authorized gun dealer?

Does anyone know of any sites that wouldn't require this for an online long gun purchase?

Federal laws require interstate sales of long guns to go through a FFL in either state. Since you are ordering online, the sale will go through a FFL in PA.

Yep, use the FFL finder on gunbroker to find somebody who isn't going to rake you over the coals on the transfer fee.
