Mosin Nagant stuffs
With all this Mosin talk lately, I've decided to get one. Dunham in J-town had them for $59-69 last time I was there, heard they were still "on sale".
So, if I do get one - what kind of, and where can I get: scope mounts/base, aftermarket furniture, or anything really.. Having taken a lesson from my wife, I learned accessorizing can be fun. lolRIP: SFN, 1861, twoeggsup, Lambo, jamesjo, JayBell, 32 Magnum, Pro2A, mrwildroot, dregan, Frenchy, Fragger, ungawa, Mtn Jack, Grapeshot, R.W.J., PennsyPlinker, Statkowski, Deanimator, roland, aubie515

Re: Mosin Nagant stuffs
For scope mounts I have used the ATI mount which goes on the reciever , you need to modify the bolt , if you have a drill press and are not overly retarded this works well for about 40 bucks , if you want a scout mount that replaces the rear sight , there are folks in PA called S&K scope mounts , they have a web site do a goggle search , this is the mount I would/have used , be forewarned it costs more than the gun , but it works and works well , whatever you do , come here , look me in the eye , DO NOT buy the B-SQUARE scout mount , I don't care what you hear or heard , just don't .
1st pic is the ATI conversion on a m38 , the 2nd pic is a m44 mount from S&K , The ATI mount blocks your safety and makes it hard to use but I corrected that in pic 3 and 4 by weldind a small ring on the safety knob to put my finger threw
