soon to be 21 LTCF question
i will be turning 21 in december and plan on cc when i do, i already own a glock 23 and a ruger lcp and ill be getting a taurus 357 mag soon (hopefully). i have learned alot from observing and reading this forum so thanks guys. but my question today is can i apply for my LTCF before my 21st birthday so that i can get the permit closer to my birthday rather than waiting till the day of and applying for it then. again thanks for your help guys.

per 18 PA CSA 6109(b) Place of application.--An individual who is 21 years of age or older may apply to a sheriff for a license to carry a firearm concealed on or about his person or in a vehicle within this Commonwealth.IANAL

thanks guys thats what i thought i guess ill just have to have the form filled out and turn it in on my birthday. and idea how luzerne is when it comes to applying?
