Default GLOCK guys: Need a hand here,

You Glock'ers are some of the most well versed in Combat Handguns. My L.E.O. buddy carries two on duty as well.

My question is which Glock model is the closest in size and dimensions to a H&K USP .45?

I'm looking for a holster for my USP, but trying to find one that is specifically tagged for it has, well, very limited success. On the other hand, finding a Glock holster is like spotting trees!

So if I could substitute my 'Koch for a Glock... Heh-heh... Which would I need to look for?

In nylon it would be the same holster as the Glock 20/21.

In leather? Lots of luck because even the 20/21 isn't as wide as the USP 45 which has always been H&K's problem in my opinion.

The USP is just plain and simple a WIDE/thick gun.

My advice would be to find a SPECFIC holster meant for your gun. I know it can get costly, but to me it seems silly not to spend X amount on a holster, because your gun cost so much. You wouldn't put $20 tires on your Lamborghini, would you?

Google Atomic Dog holsters. Joesmith, a member here is the owner and a very good guy. He can custom make you a holster for a very fair price, especially if your into kydex.

It would have to be the big boys, the 20 and 21. But just using the wise and all powerful Google, I found this:

Ryan Grizzle makes top quality holsters for not much more than the off-the-shelf kind. Here:

Another one is Mitch Rosen. His Express Line is a bargain. Give him a call. Chances are he'll answer the phone himself & he'll fix you up.

I have a R. Grizzle for one of my Sigs & a Mitch Rosen for the other Sig & one for my G23.

Whatever you do, DO NOT order from Optics Planet! You will never get your product. They list it like they have it on the website but it is actually out of stock. Search they're name on here and you find a few threads of nightmares dealing with them.
