Range near Brillhart Station York Rail Trail?

Went for a bike ride on the York Rail Trail with the family today, parked at the Brillhart Station lot off of Days Mill Rd (or Croll School...I can't keep them two straight). As we were packing up to leave (around 1pm) I was hearing some gunfire in the not too distant distance. Just wondering if there's a range or club nearby. Could it have been the Jefferson Sportsmen Club?

I have yet to see anyone there training dogs, and the rifle ranges may not be huge but they aren't tiny either. Actually, it's quite a nice club to shoot at, I was there Thursday and I has the ranges to myself.

I need to get my bow up there soon.

No, I don't think it was Seitzland, Jefferson Rifle, or Jefferson Sportsmen (didn't realize there were 2 Jefferson clubs until now).

Looking at Google Maps, there's nothing nearby but farm land. I'm thinking it must've just been a farmer on his land....

I walk or bike the Rail Trail about three times a week. I also have heard the shooting just about every time I'm on the trail and wondered if there is a range near.

The FOP has a range on Indian Rock Dam Rd. That's probably the closest to the Brillhart Sta. access.

I have also heard that there is a police range in that area.
