You either like them or you don't. I myself have not had any problems. I have a 357 tracker.

I think the trigger isn't as smooth, out of the box, compared to other revolvers. But then that just makes you go out and shout up a couple boxes of ammo to smooth it out.

    I like taurus revolvers.

I almost bought one earlier this year until everyone I know who owns a Taurus told me not to waste my money..

My *Opinion* is they are cheap in quality.

I would not use one for self defense. As a range gun, cool toy, ect. . they are great!

    Again, this is my *Opinion*.

I've owned a Taurus revolver. I wish I has spent the extra money on a Smith & Wesson.

One of Taurus' big selling points is the Lifetime Warranty. They refused to honor it when it came time for service. FAIL.

Had a few and never an issue. I wouldn't hesitate buying another.

My Son's PT145 (old one not the PRO model) Taurus repaired it with all upgraded parts very quickly and it again works perfect.

I don't own any, but have shot a few. I can say they are good shooters. A friend's .357 tracker recently had some major timing issues, and it isn't that old. Does that mean it is cheap....no. I have seen the same with some of the more expensive brand pistols. If you have a hankerin' for a Taurus, I say go for it.

I've got the model 92 tracker in stainless(.22) - had issues with the timing and cylinder freeze right out of the box, Kinseys sent it back for me, and Taurus fixed the problem. No issues since. Trigger pull is really hard in d/a but there is crisp let off in s/a... FWIW, My SW 317 airweight also had problems, but switching ammo fixed those... Cb

I have owned 2 of their auto pistols, no revolvers. I would not spend money on one of their autos again...I took the second one back to the shop within hours after I bought it.
