I've taken this course, and highly recommend it. The techniques taught are very adaptable, and very accessible. You don't need any previous training, and it doesn't rely on tricky, complicated, or "ninja-like" physical manipulations. Mostly it's just learning where to grab (and why), the application of leverage, and learning how to stay out of the line of fire while doing it.
Some of the techniques were a bit physical, but I'd recommend this to people of any physical fitness level.
Also, it's a lot of fun! Especially the airsoft force on force portion!
