P250 2SUM - Shorten Trigger Pull
I recently bought the P250 2SUM from Sig Sauer. I love the pistol, reminds me of the P226 that I had. But there is one thing that bothers me, and that is the trigger pull. Now this is an exaggeration, BUT I feel that I could wash the car and make a sandwich before it actually shoots.
Below is a link to the actual Pistol:

What I want is to shorten that, I saw that sig sells shorten triggers on their sites, but they say that they are for "Small Hands"... and I don’t really have those.
What do you all suggest that I do? Is there a Gun Smith in Adam County that can help me out?
Much Appreciated,
John

Re: P250 2SUM - Shorten Trigger Pull
From what I've read on the P250, the trigger length of pull and reset essentially "are what they are," and there's currently no viable option for altering either.
This is according to Gray Guns Inc., Total Automation, and a few other Sig-specific smiths I've read on the net (not to put words in their mouths).
Best to ask over on SigForum, but I suspect this is the answer you'll get...
From what I understand, the design of the P250's trigger mechanism simply does not lend itself well to modification, at least not nearly as much as the classic P-series Sigs.
