    Default Attempted to lure

Well my worst fear almost happened. My daughter and her friend were walking and a 30 year black guy tried to lure them into his car. Asked my daughter if she wanted to be a model and if she wanted his number. Then asked if they would drive with him to get smoothies. They ran from him got the police. It was in the news yesterday. Here is the link.

Glad that my wife and I taught her well...

WOW!! I too am glad that you taught them well, and that they remembered it in the heat of the moment. Good for them, it may have saved their lives.
    Rep to you and them.

Hope that scumbag gets what he deserves.

According to police, Winston Johnson, 30, pulled up to the 13 and 11-year-olds as the two walked down one of the side streets near a park in A Pocono Country Place
You have to be very careful of that place. I wouldn't walk near there, let alone let my kids walk near there. That is the epicenter of crime and gang activity in the area thanks to all of the implants.

Glad your daughter and her friend knew what to do, and made it away safely! Not to mention the scumbag got caught!

This is exactly why the municipalities with preemption violations need to be changed. Think of the children they say. Trust me, We are.

Glad to know they are ok. I hope he has a long time to think about this in jail.

No way? In PCP? that place is a great area where crime never happens and everyone is friendly!

Get your kids out of there!!!
The first vehicles normally on the scene of a crime are ambulances and police cruisers. If you are armed you have a chance to decide who gets transported in which vehicle, if you are not armed then that decision is made for you.

Be prepared, because someone else already is and no one knows their intent except them.

Yes, thankfully, it didn't turn out worse for our daughter & her friend.
They were only 3 blocks away from our house.
We have every plan of getting our kids out of here.
We have our house up for sale.
But the real kicker is, when the police had showed up on the scene.
The officer had never ran his plate.
A few days later, our daugther has a friend that lives in that area.
She had given her friend her camera and had asked to take a picture of the guy's plate. Thanks to our daughters smart thinking once again, she is the one who had saved this case. The guy (Winston Johnson) had done a quick sale on his truck thinking nothing could link him back to this case. Due to her picture, which I had emailed it to the detective on the case, that is how they found out who he really was.
I'm happier than hell, that he was brought down by a our daughter.

For those that don't know, (Jengelh6471 and I are husband & wife).

Very glad to hear your daughter is alright and great to hear she was able to provide so much to ensure his arrest. Now we just hope the courts can handle getting and keeping him locked up.

As a father of two daughters, this is just about my worst fear. You guys aren't that far away from here. I'm so glad that your daughter and friend are safe.

Although it may appear to be too late in this instance, it may not be too late if, God forbid, it ever happens again but, I recommend that ALL kids go to an Escape School. http://www.dignitymemorial.com/dm20/...pe_school.page

My girls really took to it. It doesn't just teach "stranger danger" but, teaches kids to scream, fight, leave personal clues, pull out wires in cars, break windows and generally do what it takes to not be a victim.

After reading this, I think it's time to brush up the girls on the fundamentals.
