Re: Musser's Outdoors Ephrata, PA
I posted before that Musser's was very good during a visit with my wife. The owner was nice, helpful, and even light hearted. I returned another time a few weeks later and the employee that helped me was OK. Not super friendly, but no problems. I noticed a little of the owner attitude mentioned in other posts. Came a few days later with a friend new to guns. The owner gave short answers, talked down to us, and was always looking around at other people. Would rarely even look at us. He's knowledgeable, but I guess just moody. Also got the feeling he didn't like people who might have some knowledge, but really liked to show what he knew. Just my feeling.

Re: Musser's Outdoors Ephrata, PA
went in yesterday to finally replace the 30 year old Bushnell 4X on my model 700. I got a good price on a Redfield Revolution 3X9X40. They mounted and boresighted it while I waited and he gave me $40 for my old scope which coverd the cost of the rings, taxes, plus.
No complaints.
