I sent Eric McElearney $100 on June 3rd, and he stopped communicating. I never received my item. I didn't hear back from him until 6/13, after I told him I'd call the police.
He responded and told me he'd lost the item, and that he would refund my money, but that his paypal was locked.
On 6/19 he said that they were unlocking his account.
I didn't hear from him despite multiple attempts to contact him again until 7/7, when he said Paypal was not unlocking his account, and he told me he'd mail me my money.
It's now 7/18 and I haven't received anything from him. He will not respond via text, email, or on the forum.
His pm inbox is full, and will not accept any more messages.
Avoid this guy like the plague.

Yep one to be avoided at all costs ! He has still not manned up and contacted me about my deal but yet is still bumping his posts on the other items he is trying to sell . He can make whatever excuse he wants I don't believe a word he says nothing more than a con and liar !

Tried the shop already. The FB page hasn't been active for a while, and the number listed is disconnected.
Even the number he lists in his ads is a texting app, so you can't call him there either.

I have removed all of his current classified ads.

I would suggest that everyone that is owed product take appropriate legal action.

I have. Every phone number I've found is either disconnected or an HVAC business.
