Default White Rose Bar & Grill

Anyone know anything about this place? Is it 2A friendly? Signs posted? Good food?

Today's our anniversary, and this place was recommended - that cooking on stone thing looks interesting. We're planning on going tonight. I'd hate to get there and find a "NO GUNS" sign....

I've eaten there once but was not carrying at the time.

A friend of mine tried to tell me their crab pretzel was better than Silver Spring Mining Co. in MD (Where I'm from) so I had to try it.

It was good, but not as good as SSMC. Too much cream cheese and not enough crab. The other food I had was good though, and the atmosphere is nice.

The 'cook your own steak' thing is interesting, but if you ask me, I'm not paying them to let me cook my own food. :-P

Yeah, we went there last night. No signage or anything. I CC'ed anyway. Based on the crowd I saw, I think I'm glad I did - being from MD it seemed the same type of crowd that would throw a temper tantrum to the management. I'm pretty new to carrying anyway, so I think I need to get comfortable with myself before I can worry about other people not being comfortable....LOL.

The food was good - we did the Hot Rock combo for two - 2 filets, 2 scallops, 4 shrimp, 6 Ahi Tuna strips. It was interesting, but I have to agree with Brad - I think I'd rather they cook it for me. They give you kosher salt so the meat doesn't stick - it sticks anyway, or makes the stuff way too salty, and after a while the stone cools so the cooking takes longer. All in all, it was fun though and once we got the hang of it, the food was great. The crab dip had a good flavor, but needed more crab.
