WASR10, Preparing for the beauty Pageant.
Ok. We all know the WASR10 (Romanian AK47) is no Beauty Queen, In fact, it's pretty damn ugly. I decided I want to make it look a little bit more BADASS so this is what I'm going to do:
Rip off the Gas block, Foregrip, Pistol Grip, and Stock and replace it with the pictures below:

I just did a half ass job at refinishing the original $30 Romanian furniture I picked up.
Light coat of stain and a few coats of low gloss poly. Couple hours of work, but cost me like $20 in materials...
I like it like this the best, and that's $1XX+ KVAR furniture sitting on there that got taken off... *shrugs*
(Don't worry that will get recycled onto an AK74 some day)

Mine isn't no beauty queen but it ain't no hobo either. It's got nice color and a little rough in some spots. It adds personality.
