Separating WTS from WTB on the classified section

Any chance you guys could somehow separate the WTS from the WTB posts?

Its not a big deal, but generally, it's just annoying to see 50% of the threads on the classified being about people who are looking at buying something. And then again, most of the WTB are people looking for stuff way below market price. I just don't think its having the intended effect.

Personally, I'd get rid of the WTB option altogether. I feel if you want to buy something, either browse, or search the WTS section.

The classified section just seems polluted.

actually, a filtering ability was added for your convenience a LONG time ago,, so no, WE aren't going to separate them, but YOU can:

open the ad forum you want to view
scroll to the bottom
there's a part marked "DISPLAY OPTIONS"

select the "prefix" box
select WTB or whatever from the drop down.
hit the "show threads" button

the forum will now only show you the option you selected.

this is the sole reason all ads MUST have a prefix.

and no, we're not gonna eliminate the WTB prefix choice, that makes no sense whatsoever.

remember, the ad forums are for all registered users, not just you
