    Default Gettysburg Gun Show

Does anyone know anything about how good this gun show usually is. Never been and want to see if it's worth the drive.

I know I'll be there. I'm right by G-burg. Where is it being held?

I think All-Star. It was cancelled before and never happened.

After a few boringly slow Summer shows I'm ready for a new show to kick off the start of the hunting season.

Called the Eagle Arms show promoter who said the All Star is part of and right aside of the Eisenhower Hotel on old business RT 15 just South of Gettysburg. Will be 400 tables with potential of 500.

Wife has off that weekend, we love Gettysburg, and Washington, DC. because so much American history is there. She's going too, so now...we're getting a room !

Looking forward to seeing new show vendors, new inventory, stabilized ammo & hunting gun prices, and last but not least...a new place especially in such a historical area w/some new faces.

Problem now is, there are so many great places to eat...where to eat???

One of my favorites in G-burg is the 2nd location of Appalachian Brewery for good food and microbrew.

I second ABC. I eat there at least once a month. Their sandwhiches and burgers are great.

Evan & Broncitis- Thanks for the info. Been at Harrisburg AB food very good, and lots of beer choices.

Map shows All Star-Eisenhower Conference Center is on old Business RT 15 so should be easy.

Best way coming down RT 15 from Harrisburg if not taking the scenic tour???
    1. Stay South on RT 15 around Gettysburg to old Business 15. Then North on old RT15 to All Star-Eisenhower.

    2. Is there a shortcut if South on RT 15 around Gettysburg before getting to old Business RT 15? If so, please post.

    3. Take Business RT 15 thru Gettysburg.

One of my buddies told me he heard almost 450-500 tables were sold, and dealers from MD & VA, Ohio were coming so should be worth the trip. Looking for scope rings, variable power Scout scope, and 204 Ruger ammo in 40 & 45 grain.

Stay on 15 until you get to the Business 15/ Steinweir exit.
