Focus Political Action on Philly, or Consider it a lost cause
I am asking this question because I have heard people say Philly is a lost cause.
In my eyes, this is where the fight is.
It would not be easy, but it is where the fight needs to be.
You have Dwight Evans who can hold up bills for the next 10 years if he remains in office.
Are people accepting this and just concentrating on other areas?
People too afraid of hard work and time to make the change?
Obviously Philly has been written off for a long time and thus we are in the state we are in today?
SO then the question become well how much time and resources, well, as much as needed is my answer.
Yes I will move out of the city. Yes when I move out of the city I will concentrate on my backyard and what happens there politically; however Philly always plays a part in state politics like it or not, so why not win the big battle and keep fighting the others as well?
It seems people throw Philly away, but some how it always comes back some how effecting the rest of the state becuase of their anti gun stance.
So if you constantly fight the ones we know we can win or the high percentage fights, don't we become just like the orgs we complain about?
Just throwing it out there...Last edited by thefirstndsecond; August 8th, 2010 at 12:14 AM.
