    i love bluegrass!

here's perhaps a smoother transition to bluegrass for someone that likes, say, metal.

    it's really well done, IMO.

I heard AC Dixie one time. It was a BlueGrass Tribute to AC / DC's Highway to Hell. It was great. I loved it.

That's actually Hayseed Dixie. They do a bunch of awesome covers.

I like the cover of Shook Me All Night Long. It's one of my favorites of theirs.

I love bluegrass. I try to catch just about any shows or festivals that come around.

How about David Lee Roth doing "Jump" bluegrass style?
(I know, it has nothing to do with Pennsylvania, but I just had to bring it to your attention).

Good Call on the Avett Bros.
I only have one of their albums, but I've listened to a lot of their stuff. That reminds me, I should get some more.

    How about YMSB?
    Big Leg Emma?
Not really bluegrass, but Wilco is similar to the Avett Bros.
