That's a really simple process, the tubes just screw in & out, the only things to watch for are losing the hidden spring, and tightening the collapsible stock nut.

Really, Google it a bit, swapping stocks is easy.

ETA: Skip the YouTube instructions, they suck. Seems to be mostly wanna-be's with Airsoft crap and almost no understanding of what they're discussing.

Yea I would do it but I dont have the spanner wrench too do it

Chances are pretty good that the wrench will be less than paying a gunsmith to make the change.

Its really easy to do, you can do it yourself. Brownells has some really good vid on how to build an AR15.

Ditto! You can pick up a wrench at just about any gun show, too.

And if you go to a gun show where Mark Hostetter has tables (Precision Firearms), he'll do it for you at a reasonable price while you wait.
