Mifflin County Sportsmen's Association will be having their monthly steel plate match on Sunday August 15th. Registration will starts at Noon, and the match will begin at 1 PM.

There are both .22LR and centerfire divisions. Different classes for revolvers and autos, with and without optics. Basically, if you've got a handgun, we've probably got a class it can shoot in.

There will be 4 stages. Each stage will consist of 5 plates of various sizes and distances. You will shoot each stage 5 times and your best 4 times will be counted for score.

MSCA members pay $10, nonmembers $15. Reshoots (time/interest permitting) are $5.

The club website. has more information available.

For directions to the club, click here. The linked google map has the road that the club is on, but doesn't show the whole lenght of it. When you're on that road, and pass through the club's yellow gate, continue back past the pond to the T in the road. Go to the left, traveling up the hill past the club house, and the 5 stand until you get to the pistol range.
