Sight installation and zero verification

Is there anyone near Pittsburgh who will install sights and verify the installation at say 25 yards? Not sure of the capacity of many to do this, but it is worth a shot.

It is an M&P. I installed a few sets in the past on glocks without issue (or the right tools for that matter). I had a set of sights that had to be warranty replaced after I got a perfect zero and on the replacements I do not have the touch. I shot about 150 rounds and could not get them close enough so I conceded and am letting someone else take care of it. I am looking at an odd combo of parts so I cant have the same person do it for me.

yeah, I know a few people that may be able to do it. My issue is nothing more than getting a feel for the distance moved, but I tell ya, these were the worst for me ever. I was able to tap glock sights with a screwdriver and hammer without issue, but using the right tools had me wasting ammo. Plus the M&P doesnt have an adequate means to mechanically center and measure the rear.
