Default Where to shoot near Warminster

    Howdy,
I just moved here a couple months ago and I've been doing the research to find a range near Warminster. I'm looking for a range where I can do a lot of defensive type drills, rapid fire, movement, and anything you might see at an IPSC or IDPA match. Everything I've found so far seems to have a lot of rules prohibiting those things. I'd prefer an outdoor range but I'm not set on it. I also frequent Qaukertown so anything in that area would be good as well. From what I've found so far Paletown Rod and Gun Club sounds like it might work. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

At Langhorne Rod and Gun Club in near by Northampton Twp. we have an active practical rifle and action pistol program. These might be of interest to you?

I am very interested. The website wasn't working, can you provide some more info? Would USPSA Production division equipment work?

For the Practical Rifle program, we post registration links for our monthly events on the 10th of the month in the shoots and meets section of this very forum as well as on the PA and NJ Hometown sections of AR15.com. We also post on the theralleypoint.org. Due to the popularity of the practical rifle program, we do require pre-registration and we do limit the number of shooters.

For the action pistol program, feel free to email me and I'll forward your email to the action pistol chairman.

    Regards,
    Gary

    Sparky,
I sent you a pm but maybe it didn't go through. I was just wondering when I could check out Ridge and Valley.

Thumbs up Re: Where to shoot near Warminster

Wicen's is an outdoor public range just north of Warminster off Rte 263. Well managed, good people, also has a nice training center. Pistol, rifle, shotgun and archery available.

It is true, but the OP won't be able to do what he wants to do over there. Not until the indoor range will be open. But unfortunately I don't see that coming any time soon
    Je suis déplorable
