Default Use of deadly force... did that law ever pass?

I remember a change to the use of deadly force was up for vote. Did it ever get passed? I believe a big part of the change was being able to stand your ground instead of fleeing first.

I think you may be talking about HB40, the "Csastle Doctrine", not use of deadly force.

    Check here: http://forum.pafoa.org/pennsylvania-...ease-read.html

Also, read the bill, it is not about deadly force, it is about responsibilities when using a firearm to protect yourself, your family and property.
