There's a small surplus store right outside of Gettysburg on Emmittsburg Rd. I don't know the name, there's a lot of stuff in a small space.

I checked out this shop this weekend while in the area. I was looking for some 50 cal ammo cans, not that many to choose from and price was on the high side ($15/ea) for the condition of the cans. Otherwise lots of clothing/gear and the staff was friendly.
