OK Drylok, I appreciate any effort you might make, but, save yourself some effort.

See, the fact that you haven't been able to answer the few questions I asked about the perps in these case actually identifies the problems Chicago faces.

And the problem isn't guns. The problem is a law enforcement and political system more interested in feathering their own nests than protecting the people. The problem is criminal control not gun control.

You cite one of the perps as having 21 convictions then in a later post say one of the charges was for shooting his brother. Charges? what happened to convictions?

For all I care about Mayor Daley he could fall through his asshole and break his f*&^ing neck. But, people in Chicago need to wake up and dump his crew from top to bottom.

Yes sir Brick you are 100% correct. 1st off I should not have said convictions in my first remarks. The way it was worded in the story (if I can find it again) was 21 "arrests" including one for shooting his own brother.
The problem in chicago is not guns it's revolving jail doors and people not wanting to admit that they have a gang problem.
We had a case this spring where a kid broke into a Koren Vets house and the vet shot and killed the intruder. Next day the intruders mother is crying on t.v. "I just don't believe that he was in that house, he wouldn't do that, he was just about to get his life turned around, blah blah"

Yes we outside the Daley Regime in the peoples republic of Illinois are getting pretty damn tired of pulling their wieght for them. If the people of Chicago are not going to stand up and overthrow the Chicago machine and help us get a pre-empt shall issue ccw law passed, then they better not bitch when we pass a subject to home rule CCW law and leave them to fend for themselves. Why should the rest of us be denied our rights because the people of Chicago don't have the effing balls to stand up?!
