We shoot 4 stages.

Re: Monthly multi gun match
Here's a video that one of the shooters posted from last month's match. Obviously this particular shooter wasn't shooting shotgun . . . if you bring your shotgun, you get to shoot more!

And which type of shotgun ammo do you recommend we use?

Re: Monthly multi gun match
I just re-checked the forecast and there is no longer rain expected Saturday, so we should be good to go.
As far as shotguns, everyone so far has used a 12 gauge. Works better than a 20 to knock down steel poppers. Pump or semi, your choice.

Re: Monthly multi gun match
I posted this in another thread about the match but I felt I should post it here as well.
As anyone who was at the last match knows, it took a while longer than normal. One reason for this was that we had a record high turnout. However, the other reason was that people were not helping tape targets, reset steel, and reset clays after each shooter.
Shooters - PLEASE, if you are not the on deck shooter, the shooter that just finished, the RO, or the scorekeeper, we NEED you to get up and help reset stages. This is a must. In order to keep things moving, EVERYONE needs to help reset. It's not fair to have 2-3 people per squad doing all the work while everyone else sits around. Just can't happen.
See y'all Tomorrow.

Re: Monthly multi gun match
Here's a video of me shooting one of the stages. Yes, my AR fired a burst. Happened twice today. I used another shooter's lower with my upper for the last two stages and didn't have any problems. I don't know what the problem is. Guess I'll just install a new FCG for good measure?
It'll be HD once Youtube finishes processing it. Anyway, here's the video:

Results will be posted on Enck's Gun Barn website. I would expect them to be up by Tuesday. (They're closed Sunday and Monday)
