You know you Married a Keeper
Went shooting with Wife today. Loaded some 357mags in her lady smith. She could shoot it but it was a hand full. Next came the 1911 no problem but she does not like auto's. Gave her my 625 with 8 357mag in it and she did not flinch or noticed any difference between the mags and the 38 specials.
She wants a trigger job done or her Lady Smith nowI always stressed to my son"one shot one kill that was all that is needed". When He came home from Marine Corp Boot camp He was telling me about the Marines stressing "ONE SHOT ONE KILL" He looks at me and the light bulb went on Dad was now a whole lot smarter than he was 13 weeks ago.

Re: You know you Married a Keeper
How did you manage to shoot 8 .357's out of a S&W 625 which is chambered for six .45 ACP cartridges?

Re: You know you Married a Keeper
Goes to last two gun shows with you and says "that's one of the pistols you wanted?" and gives you the VISA card saying "you better get it before someone else does"
Last gun show carried the rifle stock (also at her insistance before someone else bought it) and Bereatta 92FS you bought so you can carry the ammo cans you bought
Declares the S&W Combat Masterpiece you bought "a keeper" and "Hers" after she shoots it on the 1st range trip for the new purchase
That and she don't look too shabby on the range either

Nice, you are all some lucky guys but I love my little lady just the same. She's pretty handy with the steel too.

My revolver is a S&W performance center gun chamber in 357 mag with a 8 round cylinder. The gun has a trigger job and a action job. I have never had a gun that runs this smooth. I found it at the gun shop for half the normal price. I doubt if it had 200 rounds through it. Also came with Crimson trace lazer sights.I always stressed to my son"one shot one kill that was all that is needed". Re: You know you Married a Keeper
My wife is (was) a nice Jewish girl from the Philly Main Line who was brought up to hate guns. We lived on a farm and worked with adolescent drug addicts and gang bangers, who decided to threaten us. I taugt her to shoot on an old Rossi .357 Magnum, and she said," Wow! This is GREAT!!!" She now owns an old S&W Combat Masterpiece that was supposed to be mine till she shot it at the range....She is very good with it.

If I am not careful my wife will claim my revolver. we were talking about it today and she said something like I really like my lady smith but Your gun sure handles the magnum loads better. She also was talking aboourt what kind of holster to get for that gun.
