Default Just picked up a Beretta Tomcat. But why is the trigger and Hammer gold? Lucky Buy?

Was down at Classic Pistol Lastnight for a shooting session with two memebers on here and after a very eventful night shooting guns which I could never afford to own I noticed this Inox Beretta Tomcat in the case for $180. When I got home after a quick google image search I went through 9 pages of images and didnt see a single tomcat with a gold trigger and hammer.

Here it is compared with my Kel Tec p32.

Absolutely love the fact that this thing actually has some bulk to it compared to the KT and can fill my huge hands.

    What do you guys think?
Did I stumble on a rare piece here?
    Good price?

It was a package that they offered, for a while, on the Inox version.

    Nice looking, enjoy.

I have a Bobcat inox that I'm very fond of because it has a little heft to it.
You got an amazing price on that Tomcat. The gold trigger and hammer are a little too blingy for my taste but I would have snatched it at that price too.
    Enjoy!

You got a good deal, they go for over #300 new , its a beautiful gun that makes fine conversation at a tea party or cocktails with freiends at home -unloaded of course, thier is nothing bling about it , its a Berreta tradition , i have see Berretta .32 acp's from the 30,s with Gold triggers etc.

Enjoy it , its a beautiful gun even if you dont shoot , i doubt if i have 50 rounds through mine.
