The wife and I were at gander the other day looking at guns. I pointed out the pink Taurus 9mm, and she didn't like it...thankfully.

But there were some other guns there that she was interested in. If only it wasn't so busy, we would have held a couple.

My wife saw it too. She also didn't care for the color.

It's already been done. As my gunsmith says.. "beauty is in the eye of the beer holder".

Think about this... Add a few of these to the inventory, then line up soldiers and let them choose the weapon they want. If you have a penis, and you choose the pink stock, you just violated the whole "don't ask, don't tell" policy.

However, if something like this helps my future daughter get into shooting, I'll buy her one.

I purchased a pink synthetic stock Crickett .22 for my 7 year old daughter. She thinks it's the greatest thing ever.

I would consider buying that 870 Rem. with the pink laminate for my daughter if she was old enough for a shotgun. The pink handgun...I'm not so crazy about.

We do know that colored guns sell pretty well from time to time. Kel-tec and Glock both released colored frames besides black. I guess it's whatever people want. Those multi-colored laminate stocks sell.

My sporting clays gun is purple...so I guess it's all up to the shooter.

One thing that does come to mind is STORAGE of colored guns. A lot of them look like a toy to kids and the owner should know that when they buy one. Not that we should allow black guns laying around either. Just a thought.
