Re: Open Carry Motorcycle
I'm in the market for a motorcycle and it got me thinking. Can you OC on a motorcycle without an LTCF? It specifically says that you need one IN a vehicle...but i contend that you are ON a motorcyle and not IN it unless you are in a sidecar. Thoughts?

Re: Open Carry Motorcycle
i also had a thread about this where i spoke to a Lower Paxton PD Seargant and he confirmed with the AG's office that they do expect you to have a LTCF, its not a thing of the "in" or "on" .. it is a vehicle (conveyance) and needs a LTCF ...
i OC on mine regularly have had some hard looks from local PD but never stoppedTigers love pepper, they don't like cinnamon !

Let us know how that works out for you when you're explaining to a LEO, the DA and then the judge. I'm sure your cell-mate will agree with your view on the subject. Hey - you asked for "thoughts"...
Lots of people have expressed similar thoughts on here and the consensus is that no matter if you're "on" or "in" a vehicle, it all means the same. Someone asked about a bicycle recently and got same responses.

Re: Open Carry Motorcycle
It looks great, but seems like it'd be hard to reload and control the motorcycle in a moving gun fight. More seriously, I'd have to keep a holster on me anyways, since there's no way I'd leave a gun unattended in public. May be a bit uncomfortable for someone riding "bitch" as well.

Re: Open Carry Motorcycle
I hope he's going to cross draw from that. Otherwise he'll be taking his hand off the throttle to get the gun, that could be a fatal error!
